‘HASIRLI RESTAURANT OTTOMAN CUISINE’
It is a restaurant interior design project in Istanbul for a delicious Ottoman Cuisine concept which represents the traditional Ottoman motives and details with a modern approach and sets is forth as its concept. Hasirli lays on app. 800 m2.

The project was designed and executed in 3 months and initially was intended to draw attention with delicate threshold that converts the place from conventional Ottoman Style into a contemporary plenitude. The designed space gives you a relief with its openness and the high ceiling which is 7 m. height. Besides, that openness incorporated with the quality of the provided materials gives you a sumptuous and trustable impact. Within the concept, the restaurant has an elegant long display unit in order to exhibit the dishes which are specialized in Ottoman Culture. There are several special foods presented such as jams, pickles, etc. All these parts of the restaurant hold a unified aura which evokes the Ottoman Culture and waits for welcoming your demands.

All the decorating and furnishing elements such as pickle display units, lightning elements such as chandelier and wall lampshades, wall patterns and exterior facade are designed bespoke within the concept by the designer. An assertive chandelier welcomes people at the centre of the main entrance space with its stateliness and iconic posture which refers at Ottoman style. Ottoman’s 10 side-star and tulip pattern are used all over the project in a stylish way. A gold plated high wall is implemented by casting technique with a unique minimalist pattern and the same pattern is used behind the reception desk as a separator which is produced with fusion-glass and cutting techniques. Again, same pattern is used on the opposite wall which hosts the Ottoman bespoke design sculptural wall watch.
